This page is maintained by WhatModel to answer common legal questions about using the WhatModel platform. These terms govern your previous version of our Terms of Service and are provided for informational purposes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WhatModel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WhatModel provides live AI model intelligence including pricing, capabilities, rankings, and temporal data across major AI providers. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features (watchlists, saved searches, extended history), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any unauthorized activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Pro plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free and Basic tiers remain free of charge.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without authorization; (b) attempt to circumvent any rate limits or access controls; (c) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (d) interfere with the proper working of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and data presentation on WhatModel are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Provider logos and model names belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. WhatModel is not affiliated with any model provider and offers no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatModel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
